One room only becoming available from 1st of September. Another room will also be coming available from the 1st of December.

Two of my current flatmates are moving abroad at the end of the year, so I am looking to get some new tenants sorted in advance of September 1st.

This house is owned by a private landlord who we’re extremely lucky to have. It’s a modern house with one room available from September 1st. Looking for someone who is very clean, sociable and respectful. Likes film/ series nights, cooking and enjoys the pub and making the house cosy! Also doesn’t mind personal space at times. Another room will be available in December.

The flat has very good access: 5 min walk to tube, 1 min walk to the common, 5 min walk to shops. And right opposite the rose and crown pub.

All rooms have en-suite’s and are decent size. Furnished with double bed, wardrobes and desks.

Cleaners are included in the rent cost and come once a week.
