Hi! We have a cozy en-suite double with private patio available in our Tooting Bec flat 😊

• 5 min walk from Tooting Bec Underground
• Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Fitness First all within a 5 min walk too
• Tooting Commons just a 3 min walk away, perfect for running, walks, summer sports or picnics
• Quiet residential road but still close to high street with lots of restaurants

🏡 The Flat
• Spacious and homely flat in a terraced Victorian house
• 3 bed flat with 2 full bathrooms (one is for the en-suite room)
• Large open-plan living room and kitchen
• Access to a garden patio just for our flat

🛏️ The Room
• En-suite double: Furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers and closet. This room also has a private patio area that is not pictured! The room measures 9’4’’x9’4” (87sqft) but you’d have space for a double bed and medium sized desk. Available from 16th Feb earliest

💸 Finances & Admin
• Rent: £840pcm
• Bills not included: roughly £75pcm on average
• Deposit is actually £1090 (SpareRoom rules don’t let me make it that high)
• The first rent obligation would be Feb 20th
• Room is available to move in from 16th Feb

We would have a maximum of four people living in the flat, but overnight guests are welcome too

🙋 The Flatmates
You’d be living with myself (Hanish, M28) and our two new flatmates, Shrishti (23F) and Aayush (M25).

Aayush works in Sales. He’s interested in the gym, traveling, watching movies and listening to music. He’s quite extroverted but respects privacy and enjoys his alone time.

Shrishti is a masters student. She likes reading, traveling, listening to music and dancing. She’s more introverted but is keen to be friends with flatmates :)

Hanish: I work in insurance and I’m in the office 2-3 days a week. I’m into running, bouldering, lots of artsy/outdoorsy things and am always up for a pint. I’m quite social but respectful of everyone’s personal space!
