Double room available in Tooting Bec!

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent the second bedroom in the 2 bed flat I currently live in. It's a lovely cosy home with a really helpful landlord (hard to come by!) and is very good value for the space and area. I’ve lived here for 4 years and love it!

The Flat
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom
- Kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine
- Bathroom has storage space for toiletries
- Living room with large sofa and tv
- The room is a small double room with the bed and bedside table included. The wardrobe can be purchased from the current flatmate should you want to buy it!

Location
- 10-minute walk or 2-minute bus ride from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Bus routes 319 and 249)
- Short walk across from Tooting Bec Common
- Well connected and convenient; nearby shops, Sainsburys local, coffee shops and the Rose and Crown and Wheatsheaf pubs
- 20 min walk from Tooting Broadway with shops, markets and pubs etc

Looking for flat mate who is..
- Female
- Ideally late 20s or early 30s
- Friendly, laid back and happy to socialise with each other but also respectful and comfortable with each other’s own lives and space
- Comfortable with each other’s partner/friends/guests visiting
- Clean and tidy and respectful of shared space
- Full time employed and no working from home
- Will be subject to reference checks to join the lease via letting agent

About Me
- Can spend an evening binging a series on Netflix or making dinner and having girly chats
- Enjoys brunch, coffee, walks, runs, gym, yoga, theatre, gigs and pub visits for a wine/cocktail/pint!
- I work a corp office job with a mix of 2-3 days a week from home or in the office

Bills are around £150 (slightly less in summer months!)
Deposit is £894
Flat is available from 11th April and rent & bills to be paid 1st of month
