Double room in female house -Tooting Bec 💕

Hey all! We’re looking for a female to replace me in our lovely, modern home in Tooting Bec.

The place:
The house is on a really quiet street in Tooting Bec. The room is bright with a double bed included, two large windows, and a big walk-in wardrobe separate from the bedroom (game changer if you're like me have loads of clothes / shoes!)

The house has three bathrooms (one with a bath and we also have a separate room with a shower in), plus a huge open-plan living area / kitchen which is such a highlight of the place - it is a gorgeous space to cook and hang out. There’s also a large garden.

Transport:
7-minute walk to Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line). You’re also within walking distance of Balham (tube + overground) and Tooting Broadway, with plenty of buses close by into central London, Battersea and Clapham Junction.

Area:
Walking distance to loads of great spots - bars, pubs, cafés, restaurants, cycle studios, gyms, Pilates studios and of course the lovely Tooting Common. Super close to grocery shops too (Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Aldi, Tolian's World Food Store - my personal fave posh grocery shop where I spend all my money) and Tooting Market filled with loads of restaurants / food stalls / shops and bars.

Bills:
Rent is £836 per month, all bills included.
Deposit: £700.

The housemates:
The best part! You’ll be living with two females who work in media and HR -both tidy, respectful and always up for a chat while cooking dinner, a glass of wine at the local (The Wheatsheaf is an amazing pub round the corner), or watching a series on the sofa together. I’ve genuinely loved living here with them, it is a really relaxed place.
