Ensuite double bedroom in tooting bec

Hello everyone

2 of our flatmates have left to begin a chapter a new home, and there are two rooms up for grabs !
There is another ad for a room in the same house.

The house is within 8 min walk of Tooting Bec tube station.
It is a bright ensuite double bedroom and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as an optional desk and a set of drawers.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a washing and drying machine as well.

We would like to find social, responsible and friendly professionals to take the rooms. We are 2 girls in our late 20 and early 30s and hope to find two flatmates, (no couples) who will treat this place as their home. Someone who contributes to keeping the house clean and in order.

We are happy to spend the evenings after work together with a TV show and also value each other's privacy. We sometimes host dinner parties and brunches and avoid late night partying.
