Currently undecided on if I need to keep or sell the furniture in the room, depending on my next living situation, but please feel free to ask.

Tooting Bec/Balham area, great transport links:
- Less than 10 mins walk to both Tooting Bec and Balham station (Northern Line)
- Loads of great pubs, restaurants and markets nearby (Balham high street & Tooting Markets).
Housemates
3 guys (26–32). All very nice, sociable and sporty (running/gym/padel)
Looking for someone to replace me mid march (but can be flexible) as I am moving in with my girlfriend. Our tenancy is up to mid August 2026, with an option to extend for another year
