Hi I'm moving out of this lovely massive house so posting the below on behalf of my Housmates <3....

We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely Tooting Bec house!

📅 Move in March 14 (but can be slightly flexible)
💵 Rent is £950 + bills
📍 6 min walk to Tooting Bec station, 10 min walk to Wandsworth Common
🏡 Double room in a 3 bed, 1 bathroom end terrace house with a lovely garden

About the room 🏡🌿☁️🌸🛌
Unfurnished, but all the furniture in there currently is available to buy for very cheap if it’s needed.
The wardrobe that is in there currently is really big, so if you swapped it out for something smaller you could definitely fit a desk if you need one.
The contract goes until March 2028, but we have a break clause from Sept 2026 if we need to end before then for any reason.

About us 🍸🪩🐾🏃‍♀️🍝🍿🫒🌷
Lulu (30) and other housemate Issy (26) work together for a PR agency, 3 days a week in the office in Oxford Circus.
We are very social so we are often out, but also love movie nights and dinners at home, as well as occasional dinner parties.
We sometimes look after the neighbours dog and take her for walks, looove a dirty martini and hot girl walks/ runs (Issy is training for London marathon).
