I'm currently moving out of a three bed flat in Tooting Bec (walking distance of Balham) and we're looking for someone friendly to join! We'd have a room available starting from early - mid March (can be flexible)

* Also an easy walk into Balham (overground lines) for brunch or down to Tooting Broadway Market for amazing food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere.
