In terms of location, you can't beat it! The flat is located within a 3-minute walk to Tooting Bec Tube Station and very close to Sainsbury's, Tesco, Tooting Common, gyms and many local cafes/restaurants/pubs!

💵 Details:
Move in date 28th of March 2026. The rent for the room is £725 per month, including all bills (including internet). A deposit of £650 will be required at move in, along with reference checks done by the real estate.

👯‍♀️ Housemates
We are three professional women (28 to 31) looking for a fourth housemate to join our cosy little home. One of the girls works from home and the others are office based. The evenings are usually relaxed: we tend to bump into each other in the kitchen, cook, debrief about the day and occasionally open a bottle of wine.
As a house we love the fun, low-key stuff - pizza nights, movie nights, a spontaneous pub trip, or a festive Baileys hot chocolates when it gets cold (so all the time at the moment). We'd love someone who fits that same easy vibe: friendly, tidy, and someone who's happy to hang out but also respects when people need a quiet evening. No couples sorry!
