Room with En-suite Tooting

hi!! looking to sublet my lovely room in Tooting Bec for the final month of my tenancy! living with 4 other young professionals across a number of industries (theatre, journalism, finance).

shared kitchen + living area. Furnished room with ensuite.

gorgeous house, I am just moving out of London for a month for work. No deposit.
Owned by landlord and rented through agency.

accessibility info: Room and Ensuite both on 2nd floor (20 stairs). No stairs to property, but a small step to front door. No lift or intercom, or other specific adaptations. Kitchen and shared living space on ground floor. front door is key entry.

The month would be from 7th March-7th April but I have some flexibility on move in date so feel free to message me !! happy to arrange viewings this week!
