I am the current flatmate who is leaving in around a month. I am listing my double room in a house share in a great area of Tooting Bec to find someone who can replace me.

Location:
The house is located in Tooting Bec and is only a 3-5 minute walk from the Tube station meaning it is great for those commuting into the city as you can be there in around 25 mins. The house is only a 5 min walk from the nearest smaller supermarket and a 10 min walk from a larger Lidl. The area is quiet and peaceful and has an amazing selection of restaurants.

🛌 The Wardrobe (to be fixed/replaced), chest of drawers, bed, white bedside table and chair are all included with the room.
👔 The closet in the room already is great for storage

Other Tenants:
The other 4 tenants in the property are quiet and respectful. Demand for the shower or toilet is almost never an issue.

The company that owns this property is incredibly helpful and responsive if any issues arise and do the most to resolve them.
