Hi! We are looking for someone to take over a room in our 3 bedroom flat until the end of our tenancy (we will not be renewing so this is a short term rental only). Available from 3rd May and the lease will be ending August 6th ☺️ The current flatmates are all friendly kiwis/aussies 27-30.

- 10-minute walk to Wandsworth Common and Tooting Markets
- Available from 3rd May through to 6th August
- £710/month + bills (which usually come to around £80-90, we’re in Council Tax band C so it’s much cheaper than other areas!)
