Double Room in Tooting Bec terraced house

Hello all!

We are looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in Tooting Bec.

About Us:

We are Otto, Dan, Rosheen and Lia; our housemate Izi is moving out so we are looking for a new housemate to move in to the place.

We are a friendly house: we enjoy hanging out together, including the occasional house meal or pub trip, or chats in the kitchen over a cup of tea. We all work full time in different professions from teacher to consultant.

The house is 3 storeys - a large lounge and a large kitchen on the ground floor with a garden. The available room is a large attic double which comes furnished. There is lots of in-room storage, with low ceilings and a half-bathroom on the same floor.

The Boring Bits

The room is £680/pcm including bills.

As well as rent and bills we share the cost of house purchases (toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, etc…)

The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, shelves and lots of storage space.

We have pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen including dishwasher, there is a (homemade) bike rack inside the house for safe bike storage and most of us have lived in the house for 2+ years so have good local knowledge if you're new to the area!

What We Are Looking For:

We are all really different and enjoy the variety in the house - we have no preferences in a new housemate, other than someone friendly, social and considerate.
