I am moving out of this gorgeous flat after calling it my home for a year and am looking for someone to take over my lease in this lovely 2-bedroom flat in Tooting, available from 27th April (can be available by the 25th/26th if needed)

Money:
Deposit = £850.50
Rent = £887.50 per month
Bills = £90-120 (depending on heating usage)

Location:
10min walk from Tooting Bec tube station (Northern line), 15min walk from Tooting high street, 20min walk from Tooting markets, 20min from Streatham high road, 3min walk from bus stop with buses heading towards clapham common, clapham junction, and into central. Tooting common is also just across the road which is ideal for warm and sunny days!

Flatmate:
You will be sharing the flat with one other person - Agi who works within childcare so doesn’t work from home. She is a tidy, friendly, respectful, and mindful person who would like to be with someone who can appreciate that they’ll be sharing a space. She works long hours so you’ll have the flat to yourself quite a lot

Flat:
The flat is a lovely two bed with a HUGE living room (with space for a wfh base), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (you’d have your own), a separate kitchen and a recently refurbished balcony - perfect for the upcoming warm months! The flat comes fully furnished and all the bedroom furniture is from Ikea which is great
