Large Double Bedroom with En-Suite

Come and live with us in Tooting Bec!

We have a large double bedroom available in our 3 bedroom flat. Bedroom comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two side tables. This bedroom also has a private en-suite with a shower. Lots of natural light in the bedroom but not main road facing.

Flat is located steps away from Tooting Bec station, with a main bathroom, separate kitchen and large living/dining area that also gets a lot of natural light.

Flat is furnished and comes with washer and separate dryer as well as a dishwasher in the kitchen. Everyone has their own separate cupboard space but we have a lot of communal appliances such as a nutri-bullet, juicer etc.

Landlord and agent have always been very helpful and easy to communicate with when needed.

Rent is £1040 and bills (including a regular cleaner) are around £130/month. Deposit is £1037.

Our lovely flatmate Joe is moving out and now we’re now looking for someone new to join our flat in Tooting Bec!

Move in date can be flexible, 9th May preferred but can be earlier or later if needed.

I’m Erin, 36, I work as a Fashion Designer, then there is Victor, 32, who is a Teacher. We both have our own friends outside of the household and respect each other’s space, but we do also get together now and then for film/tv nights, sometimes a takeaway and to try the local restaurants.
