A sunny small double bed in Tooting Bec

Hi all,

We have a small, but very cute sunny double bedroom available to rent from next week onwards.

It's on the sunny side you there is plenty of light. Great if you have any plants ;)

There is a shared bathroom on the same floor which would be shared between you and one other housemate.

The house comes with a shared kitchen, large living room, washroom, garage, bathroom and a lovely garden that we all like to enjoy.
It also gives us unlimited supply of rosemary :)

We are looking for a mature, lovely, down to earth, 30+ year old human being with a beautiful soul who is CLEAN, TIDY, respectful and easy to get on with.
NON smoker - no cigarettes, vape, weed

Basically, we are looking for someone who will be a great addition to the house and will fit in with the current chilled dynamic we have going on right now.
If you love drama, are very noisy, and don't know how to adjust to a new house then this house might not be for you.

Otherwise, the house would be shared with Jahmaine and Tayla who are both primary school teachers, Didi holistic facial therapist and Mike who has got his own woodwork bizz.

We all work different hours so it’s often a miracle when all of us are in the house at the same time, but we enjoy chilling out on our days off, doing yoga, meeting friends, going to art exhibitions and travelling.

When it comes to the house, we treat it like our home not just a place to crash so we like to look after it and keep it nice, clean and clutter free.

Kitchen is by far the most used room by us all so to keep it up to scratch so we clean as we go, wipe down the stove and kitchen worktops after each use and we clean after ourselves!
So you would be expected to do the same.

We don't have a cleaner, but we take turns to clean the house each week.
It would be your turn every 5th week to clean the kitchen and all the other shared spaces. It doesn’t take long and it’s normally done under an hour.
So, it’s not too bad :)

Being a true London house, the walls are very thin so it would suit someone who loves peace and quiet after a long days work and can respect others space.
We tend to get all the noisy stuff like hoovering, washing or showering out of the way by 10ish pm.

The house itself is a stone throwaway from Tooting athletic track and lido.
We have Tooting Common on our doorstep which is great for picnics and morning runs.
Not that we use if for morning runs, but the option is there 😊

We have all been living in here for ages(apart from T) and absolutely love our little home and Tooting area.

Bills are not included, but they come up to £100 or less depending on the season.

4 weeks deposit is required.

House is directly managed by the nicest landlord out there who is always just a message away.
