The room itself is unfurnished but includes large built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and spacious, with a shared bathroom and a private south facing garden.

Rent is £1,125 per month, with bills typically ranging between £100–£150.

A bit about me: I’ve lived here for 2.5 years and really enjoy the space and location. Currently living with one of my best friends who is moving in with her boyfriend. I’m clean, tidy, and sociable - always up for the occasional dinner, pub drinks, or TV night, but I also have my own routine and spend time out with friends.

I’m looking for a like-minded female flatmate, ideally around a similar age (I’m 29, very soon to be 30).

The room may be available last week of June if helpful.
