Sunny Tooting Bec Room

We have a second room going in our wonderful home!

This is a lovely house just a stones throw away from Tooting Bec tube station (a 5 mintue walk, even shorter when you run because you are late to work), Tooting Common, Tooting Lido, x2 Street food markets and some great pubs!

You will join a house of 1 Aussie and 1 Kiwi. We are currently advertising one other room, so the third housemate is yet to be confirmed. We would like to keep the balance in the household so looking for 1 female, 1 male to join. There is no preference for who goes into which room.

The house has two bathrooms, a good size living room with dining table, a bright and airy kitchen backing onto the garden with a little patio area. There is also a shed for bike storage.

This room is available from the 4th of June. It comes with the double bed, wardrobe, and chest of draws. It overlooks the garden and has amazing natural light all day long.
