Hello, I’m looking for two new flatmates to move into a lovely flat in Tooting Bec as my housemates are moving out to live with their partners.

The flat is situated in a gated complex about a 10 min walk from Tooting Bec station, pretty close to Tooting Market and less than 5 mins from Upper Tooting Rd.

The flat has easy access to a nice communal garden too 🌳

There are two rooms available:
- Large double = £840 per month
- Smaller double= £820 per month

Bills come to roughly £100 each per month in addition to rent.

All tenants subject to credit and reference checks.

About me:
I’m Roisín, I’m 29 and I’ve lived in London for the past 10 years. I’m a picture editor for a news organisation and go into the office 4 days a week. I’ve lived in the flat for a year now 😊

I’m looking for two gals who are sociable and down for dinners in front of the telly together etc, but are also comfortable with doing their own thing as I’m out and about a fair bit.
