Hello, we’re looking to fill a double room in a lovely flat in Tooting Bec! Someone has dropped out so the room will be available as soon as wanted, with a need to fill it by Sept 6th latest 🌟 Viewings to be held w/c 20th July 😊

The flat is situated in a gated complex about a 10 min walk from Tooting Bec station, pretty close to Tooting Market and less than 5 mins from Upper Tooting Rd.

The flat has easy access to a nice communal garden too 🌳

The room is a large double = £840 per month

Bills come to roughly £100 each per month in addition to rent.

All tenants subject to credit and reference checks.

We’re looking for a likeminded gal who is sociable and down for dinners in front of the telly together etc, but is also comfortable with doing their own thing.

Current housemates: two 29 year old professionals.
