Large room in Tooting Bec in a lovely houseshare

Sadly I'm moving out of this wonderful houseshare and am looking for someone lovely to take the room from mid June (with some flexibility).

About the house
We’re a friendly household living in a spacious 4-bed home in Tooting Bec. It’s a really lovely space with lots of natural light, plants, and a calm, homely feel — we’re looking for someone who’d enjoy being part of that. The house has a large living room with a connected kitchen along with a bathroom you'll share with two other people. In addition to this we have a spacious garden and plenty of storage. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and bills usually come around £90–£130 per month depending on the season.

Location
Just over a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec station and an even shorter one to Tooting Common. Tooting Broadway and Balham are both close by and the area is amazing for food! Well connected via the northern line with Tooting station also being close at hand.

The room
A fully furnished room that has a large window and gets plenty of light. Plenty of storage, shelf space and also comes with a double bed.

About us
We’re currently a household working across consulting, teaching, finance and design. It’s a friendly and easygoing house — some of us are often out and about, but we also enjoy spending time together at home. We're looking for someone who is friendly and wants to hang out and make the place a home, yet also appreciates downtime.
