Double room available in Tooting Bec (1/8/26)

Hi everyone! My flatmate is moving to Aus in August so we are looking for someone to move into her room. We are renting a 2 bed, 1 bath flat in a lovely, quiet location near Tooting Common in Tooting Bec (SW17 6BA)🌱☀️

The flat is a 10 min walk from Tooting Bec station & a 20 min walk (10 min bus) from Balham station

The water bill is already included in the rent

A bit about me (Steph) as your roomie:
- I’m from the Cayman Islands & have been living in London for 4 years, currently studying my MSc at City St George’s
- I take pride in keeping the flat clean & feeling like a home away from home! 🏡
- I will be living in the flat for another year until I graduate in June 2027
- I’m an active person & love going to the gym, pilates & on walks 🤸‍♀️
- I love a good matcha & wine 🥂
- I believe having a balance is key - sometimes I prefer having cozy nights in but also love a fun night out trying new bars or restaurants 💃🏽
