We’re looking for someone to take over a large ground-floor double room in our lovely 4-bed, 2-bath Tooting home, as our current housemate, Summer, is sadly leaving us for a new adventure up North.

📅 Move-in: Available from 9 August (flexible on exact date)

💰 Rent: £925 per month
🔐 Deposit: £1,096
💡 Bills: Approx. £125/month (includes a fortnightly cleaner – yes, a dream). 💡Council tax: Wandsworth

☀️The house is fully furnished with a spacious kitchen, a large living room, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous garden - perfect for a summer spritz or a lazy Sunday afternoon in the sun.

📍Location
We're perfectly placed right between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway tube stations (Northern Line) - both just a 5-minute walk away. A Tesco Express and Lidl are literally 2 minutes from the front door, with a "big" Sainsbury's a little further if you need the extra options. And the newest excitement... an M&S and a Gails are both within a 5-minute walk.

🛏️ The Room
The room comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers - everything you need to move straight in. There's also a desk and chair available to buy if you'd like them.

👭Your Housemates
You'd be living with Carissa (Aussie), Hannah (Aussie) and Mia (British) - three friendly, sociable girls in their late 20s to early 30s. We love a good brunch, netball, trashy TV, an F45 class, and the occasional cheeky drink at Tooting Market.

Plenty of social energy, but equally happy with a quiet night in on the sofa - the best of both worlds!

🌟 Who We're Looking For
We're open to male or female housemates - what matters most is that you're friendly, sociable, and want to treat the house like a home. Ideally someone with a similar office-based routine, though remote workers are very welcome - it's worked brilliantly so far!
