Large double room 2min walk to Tooting Bec station

Large and bright double room available in a beautiful ground floor flat, very close to Tooting Bec tube station and Tooting Common.
You'll be sharing the flat with one other tenant (a fantastic 33 year old girl) and I will sometimes be home, but most of the time I am backpacking :)
We recently installed a new kitchen and wooden flooring in the back and front of the house. We share a (also recently renovated) garden with the upstairs neighbours and it's a great little sunny space for chilling and putting out laundry. In addition we have a large living room, dining room, kitchen and even a cellar (although that one may be a bit full!).
The room has a new double bed with new mattress, lots of built-in storage and a small desk and chair. We can swap the desk and chair shown in the pictures for another set.
All bills (council tax, electricity, gas, TV licence, etc.) are included in the rent.
We're looking for a friendly and tidy flatmate, as we're very house proud with the brand new kitchen and floors! We get on very well together and we hope our new flatmate joins our dinners :)
