We have three large double rooms available from 2 August that are part of a wonderful houseshare.

A 6 minute walk from Tooting Bec station, 1 minute walk from Tooting Common and close access to a fantastic local 🍻 makes this location truly special. Rent comes to £830 monthly, all bills included, and the house consists of six bedrooms and three bathrooms (so you only share a bathroom with one person!) and a spare room which is lovely if you have visitors. There is a large garden that opens out from the living area, great for socials in the summer. 🌞

The first two rooms pictured are on the third floor and share a bathroom (the first bathroom picture) and the third room available is on the ground floor and shares a bathroom with an existing house mate.

We have been so lucky to have had such great memories over the years with the house truly feeling like a home, but one tenant is leaving as he bought a house and the other two are a couple looking for their own place to move into. They’ve been living here over four years and have truly loved the location and people. The remaining tenants are three gals who are a mix of some wfh and some working in the office/at the hospital and all are happy doing their own thing but love to also spend time watching movies together with a glass of wine or explore the local pubs and green spaces. We have a great landlady who always fixes anything required and have a great relationship with.

We’re looking for friendly, relaxed, respectful and tidy house mates we can get along with. Ideally people who have lived in a shared house before.

We’re aiming to do all viewings on Friday the 26th of June between 5:30-8pm. We have a busy schedule in the next weeks but we can also invite you back for another chat if the first viewing seems like a good fit ✨
