- Move-in: Available immediately / ASAP
- Rent: 1,127.50/month
- Bills: £125/month
- Room: Large double with an ensuite (unfurnished)
- Credit & reference checks required by the landlord

Room Two
- Move-in: From 19 July
- Rent: £1,094/month
- Bills: £125/month
- Room: Large double with a window (unfurnished but the current housemate is happy to sell some of her furniture)Sharing a bathroom with one other girl
- Credit & reference checks required by the landlord

The rent and bills above are effective from 1 August. The current rent up until 31 July is £100 less for each!
