Largest room available in a sunny girly Tooting Bec houseshare!! ☀️💕 SW17

Sadly my lovely housemates are moving further north, so I’m looking for one more new housemate to move in 18th July.

📍 The House

A spacious 4 bedroom home spread across three floors, less than a 5-minute walk from Tooting Bec Station. Plenty of shops, cafes, green spaces, and pubs nearby. We have two bathrooms, huge communal spaces, and a sunny garden perfect for summer. Bills currently come to around £75 each per month, and around £100 in winter.

Living in the house will be myself (26 from NZ) Teigan (24 from UK) and Hollie (23 from UK) we’ll all be new friends, they are both moving in on the 18th of July as well. We’re hoping to create a fun social home with friends not just housemates! Looking for sociable, easy-going girlies around a similar age who enjoy the odd house dinner, movie night, trip to the pub, or having mates over for a few aperols in the gardennn ☀️🧡

🛏️ The Room

£1200 pcm (plus bills, which are around £75 incl. council tax and everything)

Maaassive double room with a huge built-in wardrobe and plenty of space for a desk/WFH setup. Comes with a bed and a desk.

🏡 The Shared Spaces

The communal areas are one of the best things about this house. They stay suuuper cool in summer and warm in the winter. There’s a huge lounge and dining area with lots of space to relax or work from home, often all four of us are wfh in the dining area together and it never feels crowded. We also have a lovely large kitchen that opens out onto a sunny garden, so ideal for BBQs, drinks, and making the most of summer evenings 🫶
