Double room in a lovely house in Tooting

We're looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to join our lovely 3-bed in Tooting Bec!

🛏The room
The room comes with a built-in wardrobe and has space for a chest of drawers and a desk if you need. It's on the second floor and at the back of the house so nice and quiet.

🏡The house
We have spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area which we love. Large sliding doors open straight onto the garden, so it's really nice in the summer. The bathroom shared with just one other housemate and have a separate toilet downstairs as well. We also have a separate utility room with the washing machine and plenty of space to dry clothes which means not having to hang clothes in the living space!
+ fortnightly cleaner of communal areas.

📍Location
We're less than a 5 minute walk to Tooting Bec Tube and around 10 minutes to Balham station and the big Sainsbury's.
There are also two Tesco Express' and a Sainsbury's Local a few minutes walk away for smaller bits. Tooting Broadway is only a 10-15 min walk from us (big M&S foodhall🤌) and Tooting Bec Common is at the end of the road. We're surrounded by loads of nice coffee shops/pubs/restaurants too so spoilt for choice.

👋About us
You'll be living with Jess and Bonnie (30 and 33).
We enjoy trash TV nights, wine and cheese in the garden when the weather's nice, the occasional house dinner, travelling etc etc.

We're looking for someone who's happy to be part of the house, enjoys a chat and hanging out now and then, but also has their own friends, hobbies and life outside the house. We want the house to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
