My current flatmate and close friend is moving to live with his girlfriend so I'm looking for a replacement for his lovely room.
I'm a 34 year-old Engineer, very active during the week with various sports clubs in the evenings (running, football, swimming, rowing) and out most weekends rowing or cycling so you would have the place to yourself a lot.
I'm currently training for an Ironman, so I'll be even less present at home. But if you’re also into endurance sports, we might already have something in common!
I also like a freshly brewed cup of specialty coffee and like baking when I have some spare time, so you might benefit from my trials - sorry if you're on a diet! (success may vary)
I'm ideally looking for a full-time professional in their late 20s or 30s, who likes living in a relaxed, friendly and clean home with a balance of socialising and alone time.
