The house is located on a quiet residential street, just a 7-minute walk from Tooting Bec Tube Station, making it perfect for an easy commute while enjoying a peaceful neighbourhood.

A little about us...

You'll be living with Holly (24) and Hannah (25). We've lived together for the past year after meeting through a SpareRoom success story, and we've become great friends ever since.

Holly works as a Fashion Design Assistant based in the City, and Hannah works in HR, splitting her time between the office in the City and working from home.

We're looking for someone who isn't just after a room, but someone who'd like to become part of the home. We love going for walks, popping to the pub or a local café, but we're equally happy having a quiet evening in or spending time doing our own thing. We really value having a friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
