Double Room Available!

Our lovely housemate is moving out, so we have a double room available!

We'd like someone who wants to be a new friend and not just housemates 💛 and who is sociable and up for the occasional pub evenings or dinners together etc. but who also loves a night in with a tea or glass of wine and a catchup at home.

You need to be conscious of keeping shared spaces clean and tidy - we all pitch in with housework to maintain a great living environment for everyone - and respectful of noise and downtime in the house, too.

About us 👯‍♀️
We’re 26 & 27, both easy-going, love to get coffee, catch up with a glass of wine, and each have occasional nights out with either our shared and/or separate friend groups.

Ellie works in marketing, and Melissa works in business development. We both do hybrid working, spending 2–3 days per week wfh and 2–3 days in the office.

We’re active girlies who enjoy running &/or gym classes/netball (love spin or reformer too ••) and enjoy cooking, baking, and a good book.

So would be really nice to have someone with similar interests join us!

The room:
* Furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and dresser included.
* Rent, including bills, is £736 per month

The house:
* Ground-level terraced house with 3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and garden.
* Amenities include Wi-Fi, shower bath, washer-dryer, TV, and street parking.
* Located next to Tooting Commons, a 7-min walk from the bus stop, and a 12-min walk from Tooting Bec station (Northern Line).
