Spacious Double Room Available in a 2-Bed Flat –

I'm looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate to share my spacious 2-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec. The flat is in a fantastic location, literally overlooking Tooting Bec station.

There are two bedrooms available to choose from:
A larger double room at £1050 a month plus bills
A slightly smaller double room at £950 a month plus bills.

The flat is partially furnished. The bedroom doesn't have a bed as my flatmate owns hers that is currently here, so you'll need to provide your own. The living room also needs a sofa (again she owns the one here now), which we'd choose and buy together so it suits us both.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys a calm, respectful home. I'm not into partying and prefer a quieter atmosphere. It would suit a professional who is clean, considerate and values a peaceful living environment.
