Large Ensuite Bedroom in Friendly House

I’m leaving this wonderful large room with private ensuite bathroom after two years and looking to find a lovely replacement.

It's a friendly, tidy household with 4 flatmates total (three others plus you!). We all enjoy catching up over dinner but all respect each other’s space and lead our own lives also.

The room is a huge loft conversion with a desk and plenty of space for working from home, private en-suite bathroom and ample storage. I'm reluctant to leave a room & house of this size for this price in SW! The room is super bright and furnished, a few items shown are my own but happy to discuss selling these.

The three other rooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom between them.
There is a spacious kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate lounge room and a back garden with a BBQ.

The current housemates are all in their mid to late 20s and looking for someone who will treat the house as a home and not just a room. We are looking for another female of a similar age to join the mix! Currently we have a Brit, a Canadian and a Kiwi! We all do a mix of WFH and in the office so are looking for someone respectful to join our home.

Really responsive landlord who keeps the property well-maintained. We have direct contact with the landlord as well as the estate agent.

Bills are currently approx £130/month (includes the standards plus a cleaner every fortnight)

Security deposit is £700.
