The flat is gorgeous and modern, it’s a 4 minute walk to Tooting Bec station and very close to Tooting Common. Lots of pubs, restaurants and coffee shops are nearby.
The rent is £1200 per month excluding bills, and our bills are £136 per month at the moment.
