Lovely room just 5 mins from the Northern line

Our housemate is leaving us for cape town in October so we’re looking for someone to fill her room. We’re a relaxed household and would like to find someone who fits in with our vibe and isn’t constantly bringing lots of people over.

The area is fab with amazing transport links. The northern line is a 5 minute walk away and gets into central in 25 mins. There’s Tooting common at one end of the road and at the other is Tesco and a gym as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Everything you need is within a five minute walk!!

The bedroom is a charming double in a 2 level ground floor flat. The upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, the large main bathroom that you will be sharing with one other person, the kitchen/living space and the garden. Downstairs are 2 further en suites and the utility room.

The bedroom has under-bed storage, a chest of drawers, a trunk and a double clothing/shoe rail (not pictured as our current lodger wanted to use her small one). There is a big desk with multiple shelves and a nice bright window with blackout blinds.

We have cleaners twice a month, Sky Tv with Netflix, Disney, prime and paramount plus. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a double oven, a dishwasher and a large 9 in 1 air fryer. There is a fridge freezer in the kitchen and another one in the downstairs utility room, so plenty of space for food. The utility has a treadmill, a washing machine and a tumble dryer which makes washing a lot easier. The garden includes a BBQ, a table and chairs as well as a sofa and outdoor seatings and receives a nice amount of sunlight. The house has a lot of storage spaces as well as a large coat and shoe cupboard in the upstairs hallway.

We do have a cat, soybean, who loves to spend her days sleeping and sunbathing in the garden. Unfortunately she doesn’t enjoy the company of other animals, so no pets I’m afraid!
