Double room in friendly house share

One of our housemates is moving out, so we’re looking for someone lovely to join our house from 8th November.

We’re a friendly, chilled house and all get on really well. We like hanging out together, whether that’s having a drink, watching something in the living room, getting food or making the most of the garden, but we’re definitely not a party house and everyone has their own space and lives.

The house has a big garden with decking and a fire pit down the end, which is great for summer evenings and having friends over. We also have a comfortable living room, one office, a bathroom with a toilet, as well as a separate toilet downstairs, and plenty of shared space to hang out in. We are in a great location, just off Tooting high street, and a 10 minute walk to both Tooting Bec station and Tooting Broadway station.

The room available is a downstairs double bedroom for £925. Bills come to £82.13 per person includes (council tax, gas & electric, internet, and water). The room comes with:
- A double bed and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers

Current housemates:
- Jack (31), works in the music industry, loves being active, films & live music
- Beth (31), has recently finished her psychology degree, loves cooking, yoga, camping, and anything outdoor related
- Louise (34), primary school teacher, loves jogging, gardening and cooking
- Boo (2), Lovely ginger tabby cat! Full of personality. A little independent at first, but once he gets to know you, he’s very playful.

We’re looking for someone roughly around our age, male or female, who’s friendly, easy-going and looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
