This is a complete flat-share and not just a room available - except that of course you have your space and privacy in your room.

The flat is on the third floor of a modern, purpose built block in the Heritage Park development in Tooting Bec. Tooting Bec tube on the Northern Line is about 10 minutes walk (there are bus stops only 3-4 minutes away) and Tooting Common is just across the main road.

There is a lounge-dining room, kitchen (with washing/drying machine), house bathroom (with shower) and another bedroom, in addition to the large en-suite double room which I am offering. This has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. The ensuite is compact, but has a toilet, sink and a shower. The main bathroom is yours to use too whenever you wish. There is also an easily accessible loft with lots more room to store things.

Outside, there is access to shared garden areas and there is plenty of parking in marked bays with a resident's permit (included).

Most bills are included, including Sky TV, Wi-Fi Broadband and a cleaner once a fortnight. Electricity is not included and would be based on actual consumption.

I am a professional guy in my 40s. My main interests involve the outdoors, especially climbing, and I tend to visit a climbing wall a couple of evenings a week. On the less active side, I enjoy theatre (especially musicals), cinema, and good food and wine from all over the world.

I definitely don't want to share with someone and remain strangers, so it would be good to share with someone who enjoys some chat and banter and would occasionally like to go out for an evening, or share some food/wine/TV in the flat. However, any time you want your own space is of course absolutely fine, and I respect that.
