I'm Hannah and I have a lovely flat (on the 6th floor, over 2 floors) with fabulous views overlooking London. It's in a friendly estate and our neighbours are a nice bunch. Available from end Dec on a short let.
It's important to state that you must love dogs! At least my beautiful girl! She's a large breed - and is utterly gorgeous and incredibly well behaved and if you love dogs - guaranteed you will fall in love with her!
The spare room is a double and has a very comfy king size bed, small chest of drawers and wardrobe - plus amazing views of Tooting Common and the London skyline. The sitting room and kitchen are open plan and I have a balcony which gets the sun most of the day. Upstairs are the 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Off street parking is available too. I am just opposite Tooting Bec Common which is a great place to hang out on a sunny day. A 6 mins walk to Tooting Bec tube and plenty of buses to Clapham Junction, Balham, Chelsea, etc. About 15/20 mins walk to St Georges Hospital. I have a beautiful large dog so you must be happy to live with her!
I have lived in this area for around 20 years, it's a great place to live with Tooting Market just down the road!
I am calm, friendly, quiet, tidy & considerate and looking for the same in a lodger.
Rent is £875 a month and this includes all bills. Flexible on moving in date. Please note this is a short let of up to 3 months. No couples, and please have a photo on your profile.
