We have a double bedroom available, located 7mins walk from Tooting Bec tube and a 1-minute walk from Tooting Bec Common (with lido and tennis courts!). It's a cosy room at the top of the house with views of the park, and it catches the afternoon sun. It's fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, coffee table, and a small wall mirror. The 2 Velux windows have blackout blinds, perfect for lie-ins! It's approx 2.5 x 5m to be technical (photos are deceptive).

As well as being on the northern line, the flat is really well connected by direct bus to Balham (10mins) and Clapham Junction (20mins) with the bus stop being 2mins walk away. From Tooting Bec tube it's 20mins into central London. The house is within walking distance to St. Georges Hospital.

The flat is modern, airy and well looked after. There's an open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge overlooking the park. Gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and washing machine all included. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower over it with decent pressure. Double glazing throughout.

The room would be for singles only, sorry no couples.

Rent is £560/month, including all bills. Deposit is £660.

You will be sharing with 2 other professionals, a male and a female. We are looking for a friendly and considerate, like-minded person who also want a home rather than just a place to crash, someone who want to keep things nice and tidy and be happy to share chores. We want to keep the flat relaxed and chilled, so it's not a party place. If you like to have lots of people or a regular guest coming and staying over, then I'm afraid this isn't the right place for you.

Looking for a professional flatmate in full-time employment who has a job to go to (not working from home).
