Near Tooting Bec common and Lido, 10 mins from Tooting Bec tube on the Northern Line. Bus services to Clapham Junction through to Sloane Square at the end of the road. Friendly flat would suit a professional who is tidy, sociable but who also sees the flat as a home to chill out in. Bills essentially council tax and water rates are included in the rent all other bills gas/electricity, wifi etc. are paid separately shared between the 3 flatmates (which are currently running at about £100 per flatmate per month).
We do an initial zoom/whatsapp chat mainly to confirm costs talk a little bit how the flat works and then if everyone is happy a face to face at the flat to meet up with the other flatmates to see how everyone gets on.
