In a very large and newly refurbished house, we're looking for another guy to share with two girls and one guy.
Large bright double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. Located on a quiet street off Tooting High Rd.
About us then, ....we're in our mid-30s and mid-40s. One of us is Irish, one is Mexican and one of us is Canadian. We're very easy going and friendly house mates and we’re looking for someone similar wanting to make the house a home.

10 mins to Tooting Bec. Tube and 5 mins from Tooting high street for its vibrant bars and restaurants and markets. 15 mins from St Georges hospital.
Very large kitchen and dining area.
Large south facing garden for summertime chilling and BBQ’s.
Large shared sitting room
2 bathrooms, 3 toilets
New furniture and decor throughout.
