Double room in house near Tooting Bec Stn

We've got 1 double room to let in our large house, situated less than a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec Station. The future occupant will have sole use of a bathroom (shower over bathtub). There is also a spare box room with a desk if needed to work from home. We are flexible with tenancy length and happy to agree a rolling contract. We also have a cat (she's hypo allogenic, see pics).

There is a living room and a large kitchen diner with two ovens, two dishwashers and induction hobs. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The downstairs has separate toilet and underfloor heating throughout.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (and bedding if required), large mirrored wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and a desk.

All bills will be included in the rent - council tax, water, electricity, 1gb fibre broadband, tv licence, Netflix and a fortnightly cleaner for the kitchen, bathrooms and communal areas.

We are a couple that own the house. I am a 37 year old male professional working in property and Sophie is a 33 year old graphic designer. We're both tidy, sociable and outgoing and enjoy going out for meals, to the theatre, exhibitions and a drink or two.

We're looking for someone who's fun and sociable, but also clean and tidy who will treat the place as a home.
