Live-in landlord looking for a friendly, professional housemate to rent a bright, fully furnished double room with its own en-suite bathroom overlooking the garden. You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living area and garden.

The flat is just 1 minute from Tooting Bec Tube Station (Northern Line, Zone 3), with Balham and Wandsworth Common also a short walk away. There are excellent transport links, gyms, parks, brunch spots, bars and restaurants all around – it’s a great location if you enjoy having everything on your doorstep.

I work full-time and I’m sociable, clean and easy-going. I enjoy exploring London restaurants, pub quizzes, bottomless brunches, theatre nights, or relaxing at home with Netflix and a glass of wine. I’m looking for someone considerate who respects the space and enjoys living in a tidy and relaxed home.
