Double room in Tooting Broadway

We have a cosy double room for rent in a 5 bed houseshare. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, drawers and clothes rail.

We are a group of laid back professionals in our late 20s-40s who all work different schedules but enjoy hanging out together with a cup of tea/glass of prosecco whenever we can. Our current housemate is moving in with her sister (she is v sad to leave us!) so we're looking for a friendly, sociable professional of a similar age to the rest of us, to join our lovely home.

The house has a large kitchen-diner, cosy sitting room, with access to a decent size garden with patio and decking. We also have a bbq and outdoor sofa we use as much as possible in the summer!

There is a shared bathroom with bath/shower that is shared by 4 housemates and a down stairs toilet.

The house is approx 7min walk from Tooting Broadway tube station and there are several bus routes that stop 2 mins from the house.

Rent is £703.50 including all bills, Virgin broadband & TV and a cleaner once a week for communal areas.
