A double room is available in a friendly, well-kept maisonette. The room comes furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, making it a comfortable and practical space.
The property has fast broadband, and all the essentials are in place for easy, settled living.

This is a calm, respectful household. Quiet evenings are important here, and I'm looking for someone who will treat the shared spaces with care and consideration. As I occasionally work from home, I'd prefer a tenant who is out during the day and does not work from home themselves.

This room is airy and light and situated in a ground-floor maisonette in a quiet residential street, 10 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station, Tooting rail station, and many bus routes. There are lots of bars and restaurants on the High Street with most supermarkets and local shops and Tooting's lively market. Idea for any one working in central London as transportation is excellent to these areas, also St George's Hospital is only 10 to 15 minutes walk idea for any one working or studying there. All bills are included and the kitchen is fitted with, a washing machine and dishwasher, the bedroom is light and airy with double-glazing.
