My lovely housemate is moving out and so we have a double bedroom available from 1st July 2024. Rent is £800 per month and bills are £125 per month (council tax included). The deposit is £922.50.

In the house currently are 3 girls (Fliss, Lauren & myself) We’re all between the ages of 27-29 years old. We’re looking for another girl to fill the room, someone easy going, sociable, very clean and tidy, and ideally a similar age. We all have our own lives, but get on really well in the house, often having a chat, watching tv and eating dinner together in the evenings.

This is not suitable for a short term tenant but someone who is looking for a home, not just a room.

The house has a great open living area complete with sky-lights and bifolding doors which open out to the patio and garden at the back of the house, with a shed at the end. Washing machine and dishwasher are also available in the house.

The rooms are large and spacious, with high ceilings, lots of storage and natural light. Available room comes with a bed, side table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
