Seeking flatmate for very large double room in duplex apartment available from 20th of Feb on quiet road in Tooting broadway. NO couples please.

The room is on the top level with its own sitting room area so there is plenty of privacy for the new tenant. Good size kitchen with breakfast bar and communal sitting room. One bathroom.

Bills are NOT included but are approx £112 a month (includes, Gas, electric, water, sky broadband, television and council Tax.) We currently use free view in the house so if you wish to get sky for your room the cables and satellite are already piped to the room you just need to get a box.

There is a bus stop a few yards away from the house, bus route 270 (putney, earlsfield, wandsworth) 220 (wandsworth), 77 and 44 (victoria, clapham and waterloo). It's about 7 mins walk from tooting broadway tube Station. there are shops and takeaways within a two minute walk. It is a 20 minute walk to earlsfield for nice restaurants and pubs and overground trainline.
