The room comes with a large double bed (mattress recently replaced), very large double sliding door wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, TV stand and chest of drawers.

House:
The communal areas consist of a large kitchen with washer/dryer, gas cooker, dining table and patio doors leading to our very large garden. Living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a couple of coffee tables and a large TV. The bathroom for this room is only shared with one person!

- 20 minute tube journey into the City
- 5 minute walk from St George's hospital
- One minute walk to nearest bus top with various 24 hour bus routes

Bills:
£800 deposit + 1 month rent
£690 pcm, which covers the cost of the room and all bills such as water, electric, gas, council tax, TV license and broadband.

Housemates:
You will be sharing with 3 girls and 1 boy who are all lovely and friendly. The housemates are tidy, sociable and respectful. There will most likely always be someone in and you'll often find us catching up over a glass of wine, cooking, indulging in a series, going to the local pub or even baking! We all have our personal life and respect each other's space, but really looking for someone who is keen to socialise instead of hibernating in their room.
