Double room in cute Tooting flat!

Hiya, Emily & Kirsten here! We're looking for a fun and friendly female to join our cosy flat in Tooting Broadway (no males, couples or students - sorry!)

We're both 28, Emily's from Cornwall and has lived in the flat for 6 years and Kirsten's from South Africa and moved in last year. Our current flatmate has been here for over a year but is now leaving us to move in with her boyf.
We're friends as well as flatmates and hang out inside and outside the flat. We love exploring what London has to offer, sharing a cheeky mid-week glass of wine whilst bingeing below deck, and the occasional night out (but we're deffo not a full time party flat). We both have our own friendship groups too so we're not constantly in each others pockets and are looking for someone along the same vibe.
Niether of us work from home and want to avoid our home being used as an office, so please only get in touch if you do not work from home.
We'd happily live with a shift worker though and red, blue & green service workers are actively encouraged ☺️

The room's available from the 4th of Jan and the rent and deposit is payable to our private landlord (he's one of the good ones, promise!)
Bills come to roughly £100 a month and the accounts are shared equally. There's a bike lock out the front of the flat and Tooting Broadway tube is about a 5 minute walk.

This isn't just a flat - it's a home, and we want someone who will treat it as such. We'd love a someone who's up for getting involved with girllll dinner, but also totally get the need for alone time after a busy day at work.
Being clean, tidy and respectful should go without saying - we're adults after all.
