The house is located on Gassiot Road SW17 8LE, an attractive tree lined street only 5 minutes walk from the tube and all the shops. It has a quiet, sunny garden at the rear.

Bills are extra at about £50 per month.

Advance rent deposit is one months rent.

Minimum stay is 6 months.

A landlord reference is required.
