Description
We're looking a 4th housemate to join our sociable and chilled house in Tooting Broadway.
Currently in the house are 4 guys and we all get on very well. Unfortunately I am leaving to go travelling and we're looking for someone up for socialising and joining in with the house to take over my room. We have a lot of interests which we share and are always up for a pint, but you'll also have space to yourself.
The house is about 2 minutes away from Tooting Broadway tube station! The room is great, very spacious and light. You'd be sharing a nice living room and kitchen, two modern bathrooms (one shower, one bath), and an office room. Plus we have a garden deck outdoors which is decent for BBQs.
Must be respectful, tidy, and generally easy going. We're a mixed house but of course must be happy with LGBT - would be weird if anyone wasn't 😂
